Description
The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive exterior painting and staining of the District Attorney and Probation office building in Breckenridge, CO. The work includes full surface preparation (power‑washing, scraping, caulking), application of two coats of Sherwin‑Williams WoodScapes solid stain on all wood surfaces (soffit, fascia, freeze board) and a clear‑wood urethane finish on trim, posts, and beams, as well as traffic control, safety compliance, and a one‑year warranty.
• Surface preparation, power‑wash, scrape, and repair of all exterior wood elements.
• Application of specified wood stain and urethane finishes per manufacturer guidelines.
