The work must meet QATAP Level 3 quality standards, include a soft‑proof review, and be shipped to EPA Region 7 in Lenexa, KS by July 15 2026.
• Print 100 A4‑size, 52‑page booklets in 4‑color, full bleed, with saddle‑stitch binding.
