B-- BOEM Study-Sand, sediments and critical minerals

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is seeking a contractor to study sand, sediment, and critical mineral resources along the Outer Continental Shelf off Southwest Florida. The project aims to identify these resources in areas offshore Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, and Collier Counties. The period of performance for this project is from 08/03/2026 to 08/02/2028. • The contractor will be required to investigate sand, sediment, and critical mineral resources in the specified areas. • The contractor will need to submit a completed Vessel Information Form, which can be identified as either Attachment 4 or Attachment 9. • The government will accept either attachment number. • The contractor must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended.
