Description
The City of Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish is seeking bids for the provision of airport sign panels. The successful bidder will be required to provide new sign panels that meet the specifications outlined in the bid document. The bid includes the delivery of the sign panels to the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. The city-parish reserves the right to evaluate bids and award items separately, grouped, or on an all-or-none basis. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible bid.
• The bid must include all applicable taxes and fees.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance that meets the minimum insurance requirements specified in the bid document.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The bidder must provide a warranty for the sign panels for a period of at least one year from the date of delivery.
• The bidder must provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
• The bidder must provide a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
