Description
The City of Smyrna is requesting sealed proposals for the Rose Garden Park Improvements project, which includes demolition and construction work. The project includes the demolition of two pavilions, playground, sand volleyball court, and associated infrastructure, and proposed improvements include a new pavilion, playground, plazas & hardscape, stormwater quality measures, ADA parking improvements, and associated infrastructure.
• The project is funded by a Community Development Block Grant.
• Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply.
• A pre-bid conference has been scheduled for December 17, 2025.
