Description
The Spokane International Airport is soliciting bids for the complete rehabilitation of the intersection of its primary (RWY 3‑21) and secondary (RWY 8‑26) runways. The work includes removal and replacement of asphalt, pavement grooving, striping, and upgrades to airfield lighting, all under prevailing‑wage and Buy‑America requirements. Seven separate bid packages cover electrical work, hot‑mix asphalt materials, asphalt/milling, grooving, pavement markings, seeding & mulching, and HMA joint sealant.
