Colby Community College’s Athletic Department is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install, and warranty a new LED softball scoreboard for Carl Adams Field. The contract includes all hardware (LED digits, indicator lights, wireless controller with ≥ 500 ft range), mounting, power, freight, delivery, and a full warranty. Bidders must submit a sealed envelope with pricing for the base bid and/or an alternate configuration, include all color‑choice options, and ensure the bid excludes sales tax due to the college’s tax‑exempt status. The award will be decided at a Board of Trustees meeting on July 26, 2021.
• Provide a complete LED scoreboard system (≈ 14 ft × 5 ft, 18‑inch digit height) with wireless control.
