Description
The Judson Independent School District is seeking a construction contractor for the District Wide MEP Package III project. The project involves boiler replacement, HVAC controls replacement, and interior lighting upgrades at various elementary schools. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work as described in the contract documents. The project is expected to commence on January 18, 2025, and be completed within 545 calendar days.
• The project includes work at multiple locations, including Miller's Point Elementary School, Olympia Elementary School, Park Village Elementary School, Paschall Elementary School, Rolling Meadows Elementary School, and Salinas Elementary School.
• The contractor must submit a proposal that includes all work as set forth in the contract documents, plus the specified contingency reserve fund and cash allowance.
• The contractor must also submit a list of subcontractors and material suppliers, which must be approved by the Owner.
• The project has an estimated construction budget of $2,600,000.00.
