Lean Concepts Training

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide Lean Concepts Training for the Department of Corrections, Missouri Vocational Enterprises. The training will include the development and delivery of two distinct training programs: a Foundational Lean Concepts Training and an advanced Lean Champion Training. The contractor will create a curriculum based on Lean manufacturing principles and provide manuals, worksheets, PowerPoint slides, and other class materials as requested. The state agency will have final approval of all training curriculum. The contract period will be from the date of award through one year. • The contractor must have at least five years of experience in Lean Concepts training and curriculum design. • The contractor must be located within the State of Missouri. • The contractor must provide a certified Lean Concept trainer to train state agency staff. • The contractor must create a curriculum to train state agency staff members who will serve as future trainers. • The contractor must provide an assessment for the Lean Champions to conclude their training and certify their understanding.
