The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting a firm fixed price supply-type purchase order for a MSC Certified Technician for Control Unit Groom. The requirement is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The contractor shall provide the services of a qualified manufacturer's representative to repair, clean, adjust, and test operate the C-310315 Remote Switching Control, voice-circuit switchboard modules in Radio Communications center. Key responsibilities include: * Troubleshoot, repair, clean, adjust, and test operate the Red Phone TA-970 UHF Transceiver C-310315 Remote Switching Control, voice-circuit switchboard module in 03-74-1 Radio Communications center. * Functionally test the C-310315 to all ancillary devices/circuits (local and remote TA-970/980 red phones and AM-3792/SR audio amplifiers) located in Radio Communications Center and on the Bridge, navigation bridge, and helicopter control for clear concise communications. * Clean internal assemblies/check and clear any obstructions in the switching matrix. * Check power supply output - adjust to 24 VDC as necessary. * Check all lamps and switches for proper operation. The period of performance is from 25 Mar 2026 to 29 Mar 2026.
