ITB 26-122 Old Homosassa Rooks - Cedar Lakes Mobile Home and RV Park Septic to Sewer Project

The Citrus County - Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids for the Old Homosassa Rooks - Cedar Lakes Mobile Home and RV Park Septic to Sewer Project. This project involves the construction of approximately 3,400ft of 6-inch diameter force main along Mason Creek Road from South Garcia Road to the NE corner of the Cedar Lakes MHRV Park. The scope of work includes decommissioning the existing on-site small package wastewater treatment plant, demolition of the existing WasteWater Treatment Facility (WWTF) and associated systems, construction of a new lift station, installation of force mains, electrical systems, site work, environmental protection, and erosion control measures. • The project requires furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the Cedars Plant Interconnect. • The project includes installation of 4-inch and 6-inch PVC and ductile iron force mains. • The project requires electrical systems including panels, wiring, grounding, and controls. • The project includes site work such as grading, paving, fencing, and restoration. • The project requires environmental protection and erosion control measures.
