MLG Tubeless Tire Retread

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a contractor to retread the Main Landing Gear Tubeless Tire utilized on the USCG's MH-65 helicopter. The contractor will be required to evaluate the condition of the tire and perform the retread in accordance with applicable Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals and specifications. The contractor must have access to required manuals, retread specifications, and test/acceptance criteria to ensure all tires are evaluated and retreaded according to the OEM's current specifications and procedures. • The contractor shall perform an evaluation to determine the condition of the tire. • The contractor shall perform the retread in accordance with all applicable manuals. • The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, tooling, test equipment, and facilities to evaluate and retread the tires. • The contractor shall maintain a quality system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems - Requirements, AS9110, or equivalent.
