Description
The Troy School District is seeking bids for a roof program at several of its schools, including Barnard Elementary School, Leonard Elementary School, Morse Elementary School, and Wass Elementary School, as well as restoration work at Baker Middle School, Bemis Elementary School, Hamilton Elementary School, Larson Middle School, Smith Middle School, and the Transportation Building. The bid includes all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project.
• The bid documents can be obtained online at http://www.troy.k12.mi.us or through Buildingconnected.com.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 31, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Wass Elementary School.
• Bidders must provide familial disclosure and comply with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish a U.S. Treasury Listed Company Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
