S--LANDSCAPE SERVICES AT NWS WFO IN ST. CHARLES MO

The National Weather Service (NWS) is seeking a contractor to provide landscape services at the NWS Weather Forecast Office in St. Charles, MO. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds, including lawns, native grass areas, gravel, plant beds, shrubs, trees, parking lot, sprinkler system, walkways, driveways, and curb. The contract will have a base period and three option periods, with a total duration of 24 months. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, supervision, herbicides, transportation, and other products or services necessary to maintain the landscaping and grounds in a neat and well-maintained appearance. • The contractor will be responsible for mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning the grass and shrubs. • The contractor will be responsible for applying fertilizer and controlling weeds. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the sprinkler system, including winterization and annual backflow testing. • The contractor will be required to submit a service report and invoice on a monthly basis. • The contractor will be required to provide certification of compliance with local laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide evidence of sexual assault and sexual harassment training completion.
