Description
The State Highway Administration (SHA) is requesting proposals for the renewal of Procore software, a cloud-based construction management platform. The platform will be used to centralize project communication, documentation, and workflow tracking, and to standardize the tracking of Requests for Information (RFIs) and Shop Drawings across construction contracts. The contract will be awarded to a responsible and responsive vendor whose bid is determined to be the most advantageous to the State. The evaluation criteria include conformance to special instructions, price, and other factors.
• The Procore software is an enterprise-level, cloud-based construction management platform.
• The contract will be for a specific term with annual pricing and billing.
• The vendor must be an authorized reseller for Procore Technologies.
• The vendor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The vendor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
