Description
The United States Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG Hawaii) requires preventive maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection, and certification services for elevators and chairlifts at Army installations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, management, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and transportation to perform the services. The contract will have a base period of one year, with four option years. The contractor must provide a baseline preventive maintenance schedule, a staffing and management plan, and relevant work experience.
