Description
The West Ottawa Public Schools is seeking bids for district-wide snow removal services. The contract will be for a period of two years, covering the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 seasons. The successful bidder will be responsible for plowing snow from parking lots, driveways, and entrances, as well as removing snow from sidewalks and building approaches. The bidder must also provide unit pricing for salting services. The district reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time due to the contractor's failure to comply with the terms of the contract.
• The bidder must provide a list of vehicles to be used for plowing, including vehicle descriptions, blade sizes, and loader speeds.
• The bidder must provide a list of three references, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and contact persons.
• The bidder must submit a sworn statement disclosing any familial relationships with members of the Board of Education or the Superintendent of the School District.
• The bidder must submit an affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
