Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) intends to award a non-competitive, sole sourced purchase order to upgrade the appointment reminder and pharmacy refill patient engagement server to the latest Microsoft version. The scope of work includes upgrading the hardware server, providing remote installation, configuration, testing, and monitoring, and ensuring HIPAA and Privacy Act compliance. The contractor must provide patient engagement support and license support, if required. The work will be performed at the Chinle Comprehensive Health Facility data center in Arizona.
• The appointment reminder system was implemented in August 2019 and requires continued maintenance support and license renewal.
• The upgrade is necessary to ensure critical Microsoft security patch compliance.
• The contractor must provide remote installation, configuration, testing, and monitoring after the change has been made to the current hardware.
• The contractor must replace the hardware with Windows 10 LTSC, which is supported through 2029 and ensures compliance.
• The software/service must be physically located at the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility and must be HIPAA and Privacy Act compliant.
