The USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division is seeking quotes for raw subsistence to be delivered to Fort Drum, NY, and Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, NY. The delivery dates are July 12, July 16, and July 20. The solicitation is set aside 100% for small businesses with an active sam.gov registration. Vendors must provide a quote for all items required, and partial quotes will not be considered. • The quote must include RFQ pages 1 and 3 filled out, a catering list of deliverables, and a contractor UEI and/or cage code. • The successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and include representations and certifications. • Quotes are due on July 1, 2026, at 12pm EST via email to [email protected] and [email protected].
