Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The budget for this contract is likely to be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000, based on the scope of work and the fact that it is a firm-fixed-price contract. The contractor will be responsible for designing and delivering three one-day conferences, as well as providing a final comprehensive impact report. The contract also includes requirements for venue management, networking receptions, and participant assessments, which will likely add to the overall cost. However, the exact budget will depend on the contractor's proposed pricing and the government's evaluation of the offer. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the contractor's experience and expertise in designing and delivering conferences, the number of participants, and the complexity of the conference program.
