PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND BATTERY REPLACEMENT

The Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC) is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services and battery replacement for its Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems. The contractor will be required to perform quarterly, semi-annual, and annual services, including temperature checks, visual inspections, and repairs. The contractor will also be required to provide 4-hour on-site emergency response, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The services will be performed at the NWDC facility in Norfolk, Virginia. • The contract will be for a base period of one year, with five option periods. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed written report noting any deficiencies and corrective action needed. • The contractor will be required to perform battery recycling and disposal in accordance with EPA guidelines.
