Description
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking a vendor to provide furnishing, upfitting, and vehicle wrap services for one airport police pickup truck and one sports utility vehicle. The vendor must provide a new vehicle, deliver it to the specified location, and install all required equipment. The vendor must also provide vehicle wrapping services, including design, printing, and installation of the wrap. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive bidder at the lowest cost.
• The vehicle must meet or exceed the minimum requirements specified in the RFQ.
• The vendor must provide a copy of the specifications with the bid response.
• The vendor must provide a warranty for the vehicle and equipment.
• The vendor must provide maintenance and repair services for the vehicle.
• The vendor must provide training for the use and operation of the vehicle.
• The vendor must provide a detailed breakdown of the costs and pricing for the vehicle and services.
