The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish a dangerous residential structure located at 1616 West Crawford Street. The scope includes utility disconnections, removal of all building components and appurtenances, site grading, back‑filling, and final clean‑up, with all salvaged materials becoming the contractor’s property. The contract will be awarded after a sealed public bid opening on May 1 2026, and the work must be completed within 90 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
• Complete demolition of the structure, foundations, footings, basement, and any ancillary buildings.
• Disconnect and abandon water, gas, electric, and telecom services; seal sewers.
• Provide barricades, signage, back‑fill to grade, compact soil, and perform final site clean‑up.
