Description
Highline College is seeking a single vendor to print, bind, and mail its Quarterly Bulletin for the FY 2026‑2027 academic year. The contract covers four separate bulletins, each requiring roughly 147.5 million copies (with a possible increase of up to 1,000 copies per quarter). The vendor must meet strict print specifications, provide digital proofs, handle freight, and prepare CRPRST top sheets for bulk mailing through the Seattle Business Mail Entry Unit. The work includes delivering the balance of printed copies to the college’s receiving department and meeting tight production and mailing deadlines for each quarter.
• Produce 147.5 M copies per bulletin on 45‑lb newsprint, 80 brightness, full‑bleed, 16‑page magazine format with spot PMS color on covers.
• Provide inline glue binding, trimming, and pack on skids; include freight in the unit price (FOB destination).
• Create CRPRST top‑sheet bundles, verify piece counts, and deliver to Seattle USPS facility for mass mailing; also deliver remaining copies to the college.
• Submit a unit price per bulletin (including freight) by July 24, 2026, with digital PDF proof and a paper sample for approval.
