Description
The Red Rocks Community College is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering/consulting services firm to provide design and consulting services for the construction of a new Nursing Education Building. The project consists of constructing a new approximately 28,000 GSF building located within the FRH development area in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with targeted occupancy in Fall 2027. The selected firm will be responsible for providing basic services as described in the sample Architect/Engineer/Consultant Agreement and Terms and Conditions of the Contract.
Some key aspects of the project include:
• Providing design and consulting services for the construction of the new Nursing Education Building
• Coordinating with the State's project manager and other stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with the Buy Clean Colorado (BCCO) Act program requirements
• Meeting the minimum requirements outlined in the RFQ document, including having a license to practice Architecture in Colorado and experience with projects of similar scope and size
• Submitting qualifications and proposals in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFQ document
