DPW Sewer Maintenance Supplies

The City of Sterling Heights is seeking bids for DPW sewer maintenance supplies. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for the City to reduce or eliminate the purchase without prior notice. The supplies include masonry cement, Portland cement mix, expansion strips, manhole bricks and blocks, perforated weeptile, tees, caps, couplers, hydraulic cement, and ADA pads. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the MITN system, and the bid prices will remain firm for one year from the date of the contract. • The City reserves the right to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof. • The City reserves the right to waive any irregularity in the bids. • The City reserves the right to split the award to realize the greatest cost savings. • The City reserves the right to issue post-bid addendums to clarify or request additional information.
