Notice of Intent to Sole Source Atlanta Guards

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source modification to Chenega Global Protection, LLC for an extension of their contract providing mission-critical security guard services at the CDC's Atlanta campuses and Ft. Collins campus. The modification is necessary to extend the current contract and avoid a lapse in these services prior to award of a new contract. The CDC requires continuous and reliable security guard services at these campuses, and Chenega is the current provider. The security guard services are necessary to protect CDC personnel, property, sensitive research, as well as dangerous select agents. • The contract is for security guard services at the CDC's Atlanta campuses and Ft.
