Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

Based on comparable municipal competition‑pool renovation projects, the total contract value typically ranges from $500,000 to $1,500,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the size of the pool (standard competition dimensions), the extent of structural repairs, the cost of high‑quality tiling and a durable plaster finish, and the requirement for full bonding (performance, payment, and maintenance). Labor rates in Maryland, material costs for specialty pool tiles, and the need for a 28‑day startup/turnover plan also push the upper end of the range.
