Description
The 375th Contracting Squadron at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, is issuing a Small‑Business Set‑Aside solicitation for comprehensive Facility Management Services for Building 1990. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and supervision to perform preventive maintenance, routine demand repairs, and minor alterations under a hybrid Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP) and Time‑and‑Materials (T&M) contract. The base period is 12 months with four optional 12‑month extensions and a possible 6‑month extension.
