The State of Connecticut is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced Architectural/Engineering team to provide the Programming and Design of a full renovation of Kinney Hall at CT State Community College Naugatuck Valley. The project involves a four-level, 49,000 square foot facility and includes key accessibility upgrades such as the installation of new elevators, renovated restrooms, improved egress stairs, and barrier-free access. The renovations will also include replacing end of life equipment and adhering to current building, fire, and accessibility codes. The project aims to meet current licensing requirements, including the evaluation of outdoor playgrounds for the Child Development Center.
