2025-174 Linda Drive Improvements Phase 1 IFB

The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids for the Linda Drive Improvements Phase 1 project, which includes replacement of approximately 4,000 LF of waterline, 3,400 LF of wastewater line, and conversion of 6,000 LF of overhead electric to underground along Linda Drive from River Road to Bugg Lane. The estimated construction cost for this project is $8,442,595. • The project requires bidders to submit a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bidder’s bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. • A non-mandatory pre-bid video conference will be held on October 7, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. • Bids must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than October 30, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. • Award is scheduled for the December 16, 2025, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled.
