This solicitation seeks qualified vendors to furnish and deliver a broad range of medical and first‑aid supplies to the Atlantic County Cooperative and its member agencies. The County will award a unit‑price contract to the lowest responsible bidder for each line item, with prices firm for the contract term. The procurement is open to any vendor that can meet the detailed product specifications, provide required certifications (non‑collusion affidavit, affirmative‑action documentation, NJ business registration, and Iran‑investment disclosure), and supply MSDS for chemical items.
• Scope covers bandages, gauze, catheters, cold packs, gloves, masks, diapers, disinfectants, nutritional shakes, and other consumable medical supplies.
• All items must comply with New Jersey solid‑waste recycling plans, U.S.‑made content requirements, and prohibitions on hazardous chemicals (e.g., carcinogenic, aerosol, heavy‑metal‑containing products).
• Vendors must submit electronic bids, include required documentation, and guarantee delivery within 15 working days of a purchase order; the contract period runs June 1 2025 – May 31 2026 with an optional one‑year renewal.
