Woodmoor Main Lift Station Elimination

The Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District No. 1 is seeking bids for the Main Lift Station Elimination Project. The project involves the demolition of the Main Lift Station, including the dry well and wet well, and the associated sanitary sewer reroute. The work includes manhole modification, demolition and installation, sanitary sewer line demolition and abandonment, site piping, asphalt and concrete cutting and patching, tree removal, seeding, site restoration, and water and sewer service connection improvements. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and must submit their bids by 1:30 PM local time on Thursday, October 30, 2025. • The project requires close coordination between onsite contractors to avoid delays. • The Contractor is responsible for coordinating execution schedules, equipment, and working spaces. • The project impacts and delays are the sole responsibility of the Contractor. • Bids shall be on a unit price basis per the bid form. • A notice to proceed is anticipated in November 2025.
