The University of Minnesota is seeking a proposal for an all-flash storage solution for a ProxMox VE virtual infrastructure to provide storage backing virtual machine OS disk images. This system is used to provide Virtual Machines for the Virtual Desktop Environment, Virtual Labs, and Remote Access Nodes. The solution may also be expanded in the future for NAS-based storage for user data files.
