BOE TEST

This is a test procurement event posted on the Cuyahoga County Infor Supplier Portal. It is labeled “TEST – do not submit bid,” indicating that it is not a genuine solicitation and carries no real work scope, requirements, or budget. Vendors are instructed that the event is pending award, but no actual award will occur. The event opened and closed on the same day, demonstrating portal functionality rather than soliciting services. • No goods, services, or deliverables are described; the description explicitly warns against bidding. • No bid bond, pricing, or technical requirements are required. • The event is sealed and marked as an informal RFB, but it is purely for testing purposes. • Contact information is provided for the County’s Fiscal Officer, but there is no expectation of a contract award.
