Italy & Greece: Collegiate Volleyball Summer 2026

The project involves arranging an all-inclusive trip to Italy and Greece for a collegiate volleyball team. The trip is scheduled to take place in June 2026 and will include 10 days and 11 nights of accommodations, meals, and athletic activities. The selected provider must demonstrate expertise in managing operational logistics, including comprehensive risk management, accommodations, transportation, and specialized athletic requirements. The provider will be responsible for securing and managing all logistics, including five high-quality exhibition matches, access to quality training facilities, and all entrance fees for required cultural excursions. Some key requirements for the proposal include: • Providing a comprehensive overview of core travel services, including flight booking, accommodations, and on-site excursions • Describing billing and payment procedures, refund policies, and cancellation policies • Providing information about emergency responsiveness, including 24-hour availability and capacity to assist in resolving emergency issues • Describing policies regarding advance reservations and deviations for group travel • Providing a sample 3-day menu that meets the specific high-performance nutritional needs of collegiate athletes • Including costs for all travelers, as well as estimated individual costs for the all-inclusive travel based on different group sizes
