Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract with WebMD Health Corp/The Staywell Co, LLC to provide Krames on Demand/Custom Content Builder Software as a Service to the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. This contract is for a comprehensive patient education content platform that can import and edit VA proprietary content, build content from scratch, and provide the ability to edit and customize patient education content. The contract will be for a base period plus 4 option years. The government has conducted market research and found that no other solution provides all the same characteristics as Krames on Demand/Custom Content Builder Software as a Service.
• The contract is for a Firm-Fixed Price.
• The contract is for a Base + 4 Option Years.
• The government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source award under the authority of RFO 12.201-1.
• Responses to the notice must contain sufficient information to establish the interested party's bona-fide capabilities for fulfilling the requirement.
• All offerors must have an active registration in SAM at www.sam.gov.
