The Miami‑Dade County Public Housing and Community Development department seeks a qualified contractor to repair deteriorated concrete slabs in two multi‑family residential buildings (Gwen Cherry 13). The work includes removal of spalled concrete, repair of cracking, replacement of corroded reinforcement, and restoring the structural integrity of second‑level floor and ceiling slabs, all in compliance with the Florida Building Code and relevant local regulations. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, and disposal, and must maintain a clean site throughout the project.
• Repair of spalled, cracked, and corroded concrete slabs on two residential structures (addresses: 2400 NW 12 Ave, 2408 NW 12 Ave, and 1233 NW 24 St, Miami, FL).
