Description
The San Diego Housing Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to completely redesign its public website. The effort must deliver a WCAG 2.1 AA‑compliant, mobile‑responsive site with robust content‑management, secure form handling, analytics, SEO, and modern security. An optional AI‑driven digital assistant can be included for an additional line‑item, and the architecture must be future‑ready for AI integration. The contract is for one year with a possible one‑year renewal, and proposals are due March 12 2026.
• Design and develop a fully accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA) website with multilingual support via Google Translate.
• Implement interactive, secure forms, analytics/reporting tools, and SEO optimization.
• Provide CMS access, branding alignment, security hardening, and optional AI digital‑assistant functionality, plus a future‑ready, modular architecture.
• Must comply with Section 3 outreach, nondiscrimination assurances, and all SDHC procurement rules.
