Description
The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) is seeking capability statements from business organizations to provide preventative maintenance and on-demand repair services for ZEISS LSM 880 and Axio Observer 7 microscopes. The contractor will be required to provide instrument software updates, preventative maintenance inspections, unlimited on-site service visits, and technical telephone consulting. The contractor must have access to proprietary parts and test instrumentation for effective repair. The capability statement should include information about the company's staff expertise, experience, and prior completed projects of similar nature.
• The contractor must provide written progress reports and document technical progress with the Point of Contact.
• The contractor must have OEM-certified technicians and providers of required parts and software.
• The contractor must provide labor and parts coverage, on-site labor response, technical telephone response, and planned maintenance.
• The contractor must provide a 10% discount on consumable purchases and instrument upgrades.
• The contractor must provide software version updates for Protect Premium LSM, EM, and X-Ray Service Agreements.
