Description
The City of New London is seeking a vendor to design, fabricate, install, and provide training for a decorative, color‑programmable lighting system along Bank Street. The contract includes site surveys, engineering design, pole fabrication, trenching, electrical conduit installation, road restoration, and a ten‑year maintenance and support agreement. The work must be completed by the end of April 2024, with design and fabrication phases beginning in January 2024.
• Design and engineering of 8‑ft, multi‑color LED light poles with concrete foundations.
• Fabrication, delivery, trenching, conduit installation, and full installation of the lighting system.
• Training of City staff and a 10‑year maintenance/repair service contract.
• Mandatory bonds, insurance, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
