ON CALL ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

The City of Victorville is seeking qualified environmental consultants to provide on-call environmental services, including CEQA and NEPA compliance, to support the City's role as Lead Agency and Responsible Agency. The selected consultants will enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the City, with a contract term of one year and up to three one-year extensions. The City anticipates selecting up to five consultants for on-call contracts, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $500,000 if all extensions are exercised. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing environmental services for municipal projects, including capital improvement, transportation, housing, and public facilities • Conducting environmental review, clearance, permitting, and compliance in support of project approval and construction • Preparing and managing CEQA and NEPA documentation, including notices, studies, and reports • Coordinating with regulatory agencies and providing public review and comment support • Ensuring timely and defensible environmental clearance, maintaining funding eligibility, and securing required permits and approvals.
