Description
The City of Boston Fire Department is seeking a qualified vendor to build, deliver, and install a Flashover Fire Training Simulator compliant with NFPA 1402 "Standard on Facilities for Fire Training and Associated Props". The simulator should be designed to provide a realistic and safe environment for firefighters to train in flashover scenarios. The contract documents will be available on the City of Boston's Supplier Portal.
• The simulator must comply with NFPA 1402 standards
• The vendor must deliver and install the simulator
• The city is seeking a qualified vendor with experience in building and installing fire training simulators
• The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the best value to the city
• The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids
