Description
The Town of Ayer's Department of Public Works, Wastewater Division, is soliciting bids for sludge hauling and disposal services. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and conclude on June 30, 2027, with two potential one-year extensions. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond yearly in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
• The contract documents will be available electronically at https://www.ayer.ma.us/bids.
• Sealed bids will be received at the Ayer DPW Administrative building until Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• The Town of Ayer reserves the right to reject any or all bids when it deems it to be in the best interest of the Town of Ayer.
