Description
The US Geological Survey (USGS) is seeking sources for the delivery of liquid propane gas to the USGS Conte Research Lab in Turners Falls, Massachusetts. The lab has a requirement for an ongoing delivery of propane, with an average yearly usage of 18-20K gallons. The contractor will provide propane through a Blanket Purchase Order (BPA) in response to delivery requests from the Technical Liaison. The scope of work includes delivering propane, performing a visual inspection of the tank, and providing delivery reports.
• The contractor must have the capability to deliver fuel within 7 days of the request.
• The equipment on the delivery vehicle must be compatible with the liquid and vapor fittings on the storage tank.
• The deliveries will be approximately 9,000 gallons, or 50% of the tank’s overall capacity.
• The contractor must provide a contact person for routine delivery reports and emergency contact information.
• All materials and equipment are to be provided by the contractor.
