The solicitation seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive service subscription for the BIOMIC V3 Microbiology System across three Alabama veterinary diagnostic laboratories. The subscription includes live technical support, software updates, hardware warranty, installation assistance, and LIS interface support, with the vendor also supplying a 24‑inch touch‑screen monitor while the end user must provide a compatible computer.
• Live technical support 7 days per week for the BIOMIC V3 system.
• Annual software upgrades, CLSI guideline updates, and new feature releases.
• Complete hardware warranty and remote installation/setup support (phone/email).
• LIS interface support (LIS provider may charge a separate fee).
• Required client computer specifications: Windows 10/11, four USB ports, serial port, internet connection, surge protector.
• Service locations: Elba Veterinary Laboratory (Elba, AL), Boaz Veterinary Laboratory (Boaz, AL), Hanceville Veterinary Laboratory (Hanceville, AL).
