Description
The City of Fairburn, Georgia is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional engineering and landscape architectural services. The scope of work includes civil engineering/site development plan review services, landscape plan review services, and special projects as needed over a period of five years. The successful respondent will be assigned work on a task-order basis. The City of Fairburn reserves the right to split the award such that multiple respondents receive at least a portion of the award.

• The proposal should include a letter of interest, firm profile and qualifications, list of applicable registrations, certifications, and training completed, and resumes of key personnel.
• The City of Fairburn will evaluate proposals based on firm/staff qualifications, similar clients/contracts, past performance, project understanding, and project administration.
• The contract will be awarded to the respondent determined to be the most qualified to perform the work.
• The City of Fairburn reserves the right to negotiate the fee for the proposed scope of work and the exact terms and conditions of the contract.
