COMPUTER CABLING AND ACCESSORIES (Data center)

The State of Minnesota is seeking a contractor to provide computer cabling, data center equipment, and related accessories on an as-needed basis. The contract will be available to State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members. The contractor must provide goods that meet the specifications detailed in the solicitation, and the State will consider responses for makes, models, or brands that have comparable quality, style, and performance characteristics. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing bulk cable, fiber and copper patch cords, data center cabinets, PDU’s, patch panels, SFP transceivers, and testing equipment for low voltage, fiber, and other related data center products • Submitting a cost proposal and pricing for multiple manufacturers • Providing product documentation, such as equipment sales literature, technical data, and user manuals • Complying with the State's terms and conditions, including those related to trade secret information and non-public data
