Description
The Alaska Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) is seeking professional design services for the renovation and upgrade of the 5th floor of the Court Plaza Building in Juneau, Alaska. The project includes reconfiguring the existing office layout to better accommodate staff, enhancing acoustic privacy, and improving overall operational efficiency. The selected consultant will provide complete architectural and engineering services, including existing conditions verification, design development, construction documentation, cost estimating, and construction administration. The project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026.
