Description
The Palm Beach County Department of Airports is seeking qualified contractors to expand the existing airfield electrical vault at President Donald J. Trump International Airport. The project adds approximately 2,500 sq ft to the vault, includes interior renovation, roof replacement, upgrades to HVAC and fire‑protection systems, and increases electrical capacity. Additional work involves relocating existing regulators, ALCMS control system, fiber‑optic and power communications, and installing a standby emergency generator as an alternate bid item. All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including Davis‑Bacon, Buy‑America, and DBE requirements.
